<description>In this episode, I'm joined by Sten Heinze, my friend and Heartland Urbanist collaborator. We had an incredible 40 minute conversation about density, zoning, and housing that I cut down to an 11 minute video - sorry for some rough patches in the editing! Columbus is working on the first full rewriting of its zoning code since the 1950s. The effort is called Zone In Columbus - and we shared two stories from our own neighborhood that we think make clear why this reform is so badly needed. Check it out and let us know what you think! Learn more about Zone In Columbus. The city is hosting a webinar on Monday, April 10 to share an update on the project. You can join here.
